Unlocking Zaishen heroes no longer useful? - Guild Wars Forums

Since we cannot play heroes anymore in PvP and Zaishen battles I wonder why unlocking heroes with Balthazar faction for PvP chr's still is an option. Is there any use for unlocked PvP only heroes?
